Sincerely apologise for the delay in getting your slippers.
It's beyond our expectation that there would be delay from the main supplier.
We are already asking our sub supplier about it.

2) WAITING TIME IS TIL FEBUARY. WE'RE RUSHING THE SUPPLIER EVERYDAY.
3) SUPPLIER OUT OF OFFICE TIL 5TH JANUARY. WHICH IS 6TH JANUARY OUR TIME.
4) Order Placed with Supplier
