Spree #1: CANCELLED (refunding in progress)

from our sub supplier :
27/11: Consolidating Orders.
28/11: Consolidated and sent in.
1/12: Supplier Replied.
2/12: Went to bank and made payment.Payment has been transfered.
4/12: Supplier will notify me once funds is in their account.
5/12: Payment is in their account.
8/12: "We should be done the pick pack and ship process this week and then the shipping takes 5 -7 days max."
12/12: "Your shipments goes on the next available shipping route we never know until after they ship. There should be about 40 packages. and they should be there by next week yes."
17/12: "I was not working Monday and Tuesday and only now back. I will look a the status now and get back to you later today."Sorry people!! My supplier has been taken over by another person who I've sent all orders and payment details to!
18/12: "Please send me your full order, payment date and contact information and I will get on this order urgently.
Again sorry for any delays and please send over the information urgently."
20/12: "I am trying to get confirmation of the shipping please allow me some time as I only started two days ago,""" Is quoted from the supplier.I dont need you guys to send me the orders! I've it in the excel sheet:)
23/12:" Hello, I was gone from the office Tuesday for a training. I will be confirming the order and shipment this week and hope to be able to get it out by the end of the week,"
People please give me a little more time!! I'm chasing my supplier already! :>Thanks for those who waited patiently. Appreciated, really!!
